SYZ&CO Swiss Moth National and Eurocup Ascona

We have the pleasure to announce that the bank SYZ & CO announced again its support of the Moth class and will be title-sponsor for the event.
The SYZ & CO Swiss Moth Nationals will be held from 31May until 02th June at Yacht Club Ascona in southern Switzerland.

Racing Friday afternoon only 2 races, free drinks
Saturday, official Dinner after AGM Switzerland
Sunday, free drinks and prizegiving ceremony

On Friday only two races, so if anyone can't be there, with 2 discards after 8 races sailed it would still be possible to do a good ranking!

And again we can offer free entry for the first 10 foreign competitors! (sold out, sorry)

Racing for 3 days, free drinks after races and an official dinner included in the entry-fee of
100CHF/130CHF after 16.05.

Eurocup 2013

Planning for the new Eurocup 2013 is going well
the first dates are set and NOR and entry-forms are published.
To be ranked in the Eurocup at least 3 races have to be sailed in one season.

The points will be counted with this simple formula:

100 x (number of starters +1 – ranking)/ number of boats.

The winner always gets 100 points, a minimum of 10 boats is needed to validate an event.

Suisse Nautic 16-24.Feb 2013 Bern

Dear Members,
in less than 50days, the SuisseNautic Boat Show will open the doors and an Swiss Mach2 will be on site.
We are happy to present the class to the public and are looking for some volounteers to take care of the display. There will be an TV screen with random Moth movies, the boat, an fridge with free drinks and free Wifi.
Last edition showed, that there are lot of interessed people with questions, you should be able to respond to the basics.
Free entry ticket (allowing access 30min before the public, for preparation)
